"Very attentive, helpful, and nice staff. They are able to help with whatever request you may have. The room is spacious, clean, and beautiful. The private onsen as part of the room was the highlight. We had great views of the mountain and during sunset and sunrise it was just an unbelievable sight. Dinner and breakfast were both amazing, delicious and one of the best meals we had on our trip"

"The Ajisai Onsen Ryokan was an amazing experience. The hotel is small, quaint, peaceful and the Onsen's are fantastic. There are not enough words to describe the staff. Nagi, Namu, Rubi... the Chef, the cleaners were TOP Notch. Stayed for 6 nights and we ordered the 7 course Kaiseki meal for 5 nights. Delicious can't even describe what we ate. "Check in was easy and smooth. The room was very clean. The toilet had its own room. Same with the excellent shower. Staff was excellent. They had free lockers where you could keep your luggage until check in time. Our only complaint was that they would not store our luggage after we checked out."
