"It would have been useful to know at time of booking that hotel is on south bound carriageway so travelling north we had to go to next junction and back down and on leaving we have to do the reverse."

"Lovely room, great service, tasty breakfast, gorgeous roll top bath. Only slight downside was the noise from the street below throughout the night. I think the glass was only singly glazed (possibly if it’s a listed building then it is the only option!) and the taxi rank opposite attracted people from other bars until around 1.30am which disturbed our sleep slightly, then there was a delivery at around 4am which woke us again. Overall it was a lovely stay and the slight sleep disturbance didn’t detract from it, we would return. "

Definitely will stay again, most comfortable stay I have ever had taking my dog with me and he is not a small dog ( Rhodesian Ridgeback) but they made us so welcome. 10 out of 10 "
