"The Tv and WiFi did not work the entire time during my 2 night stay. The pool was closed. The breakfast was amazing though. No accommodations or discounts were offered. "

"The website says they have a pool, and they don't. That was unfortunate because that was one of the reasons we picked this hotel, and my kids were all very much disappointed!! When we asked the front desk, they said, unfortunately, they haven't updated the hotel in the last 10 years when the pool was removed. Otherwise very nice."

"I booked a King suite and paid extra money. I needed the larger countertop space in the bathroom . When I arrived, they said that someone was in that room and for some reason it did not show it on hotels.com that the room was taken. I asked at least two or three times as long as the other room that you put me in has a large countertop space he kept telling me oh yes, they all have that large counter countertop. It did not. Then they would not give me back the price difference. In the morning, I tried to speak with a manager and she was cold and rude, argumentative & acted like it was my problem, not hers and said well here here’s the number to corporate. "

"A/C was out in a conference room we rented. Asked for fans and got one small box fan. Not enough!! Room was dirty when we arrived. The stay rooms were in bad shape too. Clean, but poorly maintained."

"Such a lovely neighborhood and home!! Lots of games and gaming systems fun for the family, walking distance to a great restaurant, private driveway and comfortable home for our family of 5!! Highly recommend! "
