"DO NOT stay here. Believe the negative reviews. The positives are this place is in a great location, the building is modern, clean, and the bed was comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was a plus too. That’s about it. I had a shorter stay but still had to deal with issues that could’ve easily been addressed but took too long to get right by management. When I arrived, I was informed by another guest that there was no hot water. When the issue was ‘fixed’ hot water was only coming out of the sink in my bathroom, the shower was still cold. Before that, the Wi-Fi went out so it was difficult for everyone to work/connect etc.The next day, the electricity turned off apparently due to ownership/managements negligence of properly managing the place. Any maintenance person who came by to resolve issues either hadn’t heard from the company or had no idea what they were doing. It’s more of a money grab situation than anything else. Unless you’re ok dealing with problems EVERYDAY, I would NOT recommend. I repeat: don’t do it. "

"It's in a revitalizing part of mid-Wilshire in Los Angeles. "Beverly Hills Adjacent" is more accurate. There are a lot of walkable restaurants and museums but the neighborhood isn't quite fully redeveloped, and there are a few homeless nearby that make it far from a Beverly Hills type of experience."

"Barbara, the Hotels General Manager was the only good thing about our stay. She did everything she could to help us make the best of our stay. The hotel is old and is in desperate need of updates in many areas, as things simply don’t work. Before you unpack, check to make sure that the Internet works, as it did not work in any of the rooms we tried and never worked throughout our two night stay. Also make sure that the Air Conditioning works, as we had to switch rooms twice, because it did not work. We switched rooms a total of twice before landing in room number three. It was a hot weekend, so in light of the fact, we had no internet, we kept room number three, as the A/C was good. On Sunday, the day of the race, I met my spouse at the race and we returned to the hotel for him to shower. At 1:30 p.m., there was no hot water, so he showered with luke warm water. We would have packed up and found a hotel on day one, but we were there for the Los Angeles Marathon and needed accommodations close to the finish line. Many hotels were running at or near capacity and the rates were extremely high as we arrived two days prior to the event. This was one of the worst properties that I have ever stayed in. As previously stated, make sure that things work to your satisfaction before unpacking your belongings."
