"Very gross. Hair everywhere, mysterious stains and holes in the wall, not even painted fully. Charged an arm and a leg for water. There's a community fridge in the bar, where no one works... it feels like a community rec room at a college, not a hotel that's just as expensive as the Beverly Hills Marriott. For some reason there's a giant tent covering all light that gets into the courtyard and no windows, so it feels like it is perpetually midnight. Water did not get hot. No amenities."

"The room was clean and well appointed. Staff greeted us, had our reservation available, told us about the hotel and directed us to the room and parking areas. Breakfast was really good. Lots of choices, nicely served. Great location near Century City and Beverly Hills."

"Rooms are clean and spacious, but with little privacy and very basic - no coffee maker in the room. We were disappointed at the really poor breakfast options which were more like sugary snacks -packaged pancakes to be microwaved, bear claws and sugary cereal with coffee and juice. "

"Be aware that the LA Hotel Worker Protection Fee and other local taxes will be added to your bill on-site, even if you’ve prepaid through Expedia. I suggest the hotel disclose these fees more transparently to prevent surprises. Most disappointingly, when I called hotel to inquire about these fees after my visit, the staff was aggressive and unprofessional. This lack of service recovery has discouraged me from staying here again. Professionalism and clearer communication are definitely needed."

"Villa Brasil was amazing and otherworldly Clean Nice staff easy check-in/ check-out onsite restaurant was delicious and had a reasonable price location was central to everything we did loved the atmosphere music free parking right in the front of your room was a bonus :)"
