"Whose property did not match with the advertised. Advertisement said there was a bar. There’s a bar but no alcohol and no employees and it’s never open. The advertisement said they had coffee makers in the room. But they didn’t. They had one in the lobby that they charged you for, and was awful. They said they had parking, but it was across the street with an additional fee they didn’t make you aware of. The hotel staff were not friendly at all. They had no idea of where to suggest as a place for coffee or somewhere to eat. There was no way to stream anything in the rooms just a bunch of TV channels with nothing to watch. Pros are the location was good. It was quiet. It was clean. But I felt ripped off. If they had outlined everything appropriately in their description and advertisement, and I knew what I was getting for that price, that would’ve been fine. But when you think you’re getting one thing and get another. That isn’t appropriate, good business, and earns you a skating rating like this one. just be honest and upfront. I’m a very well have chosen it anyway and not been disappointed or frustrated. At least send your employees to some of the restaurants and shops in town. Treat them to some meals and drinks. So they have a clue as to where to send your clientele. This is the least you can do. And have a coffee pot in the room rooms! What the hell?"

"Rooms are clean and spacious, but with little privacy and very basic - no coffee maker in the room. We were disappointed at the really poor breakfast options which were more like sugary snacks -packaged pancakes to be microwaved, bear claws and sugary cereal with coffee and juice. "

"Be aware that the LA Hotel Worker Protection Fee and other local taxes will be added to your bill on-site, even if you’ve prepaid through Expedia. I suggest the hotel disclose these fees more transparently to prevent surprises. Most disappointingly, when I called hotel to inquire about these fees after my visit, the staff was aggressive and unprofessional. This lack of service recovery has discouraged me from staying here again. Professionalism and clearer communication are definitely needed."

"Villa Brasil was amazing and otherworldly Clean Nice staff easy check-in/ check-out onsite restaurant was delicious and had a reasonable price location was central to everything we did loved the atmosphere music free parking right in the front of your room was a bonus :)"
