"The hotel was lovely, the bar was very welcoming with TVs for all the sports. It was Races week and there was lots of buzz around for it, which was great! Breakfast was very good too We would stay again!"

The major problem is noise from piles, the shower room’s slide door and the thin walls and ceiling. I can even hear the noise of flushing the toilet from other rooms. My sleep quality is significantly affected by various noises at night. I would expect a much better experience of staying in a 4-star hotel."
