The staff was super helpful and friendly and even remembered us the next day. It was our first time in Liverpool and we're from Orlando, Florida in the states. "Room 527 had smell in the bathroom it was coming from the sink.and not from the floor that we reported. The main door you could not put the inside door lock on Reported to the cleaner Also they need better pillows Everything else was excellent "
