"For almost every part of this property it was exceptionally. Sadly the staff (at least the reception staff) failed badly. When we arrived we were questioned if we book the room via Expedia, I said yes and almost instantly the room we booked, a king, was just not available. "The property is 25-30 minutes away from the airport. The area is not good at all. The property is very run down. The pictures must be from many years ago. The towels are poor quality. Stains on the room carpet. Cab to the airport costs 25 pounds and you have to order in advance. Breakfast is cafeteria style. The entrance of the hotel is very confusing. The front dest is on the second floor and they have to buzz you in! This is more like Motel 6! more like 1 or 2 star hotel. "

"Staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. I had breakfast in the restaurant and I was greeted warmly. The restaurant staff were so attentive to our needs. They kept checking if our coffees need refilling. They don't stop moving around, cleaning tables. Such hardworking staff. "
