"The rooftop deck was so worth it! The doorway out to the deck is the only way to get fresh air into the top floor which seemed odd - the room fan was great for air movement, especially for sleeping. Their bag storage was extremely helpful! There were some aesthetic repairs that could be made and the deadbolt wouldn’t engage - I just used the chairs to block the door swing. Very close to Liverpool which made getting anywhere super easy. Desk staff were very kind and helpful!"

"Positives: Really nice living area, big TV, pool table (we didn’t use), well equipped kitchen, really nice bathroom, my bed was comfy, neighbourhood felt safe, good communication from owner/manager(?). Issues: Some beds were less comfy - dodgy springs, very creaky, only provided with one very small toilet roll (between 5 of us!), we couldn’t get the hot water to work but didn’t really have time to try and sort it out so just had cold showers, pillows could do with replacement - one was really...
