Surfside is a stunning wharf style apartment located in the new North Quay development in Hayle. It has been designed to present the perfect getaway for your family and furry friend, with Estuary views and parking for one car.

This stylish two-bedroom, two-bathroom holiday home has been built to a very high standard with the internal specification designed to complement the wonderful waterside location. Just a short stroll away to Hayle’s restaurants, Harbour, Towans, three miles of golden sands and shops, Surfside is also just a twelve-minute drive away from St Ives Town Centre with its famous art scene, boutique shopping and renowned Blue Flag beaches making it a real gem of a holiday home.

The open plan kitchen, living and dining area is light, bright, and airy. It includes a large blue L-shaped sofa, a large wall mounted Smart TV, stunning wood flooring and a Juliet balcony where you can enjoy views from the patio doors that open from the dining room

The contemporary, modern, handless open plan kitchen is well equipped with an integrated fridge/freezer, microwave, built in multifunction oven and induction hob, integrated dishwasher and washing machine.

The dining table comfortably seats up to four guests and is perfect for an intimate dinner or for that special occasion.

There is storage space just off the lounge where you can store all your beach equipment.

The master bedroom offers a super king-sized bed which can also be made up as two singles on request, ample storage, a dressing table area, and a Juliet balcony with Estuary views. It is tastefully decorated and creates a serene and tranquil haven. There is also an ensuite rainfall shower room, wash-hand basin, heated towel rail and WC.

The second bedroom has a king-sized bed, which can also be made up as two singles on request, and ample storage.

There is a family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, WC, wash-hand basin, and heated towel and a wall mounted mirror with demister.

There is also an ensuite rainfall shower room off the master bedroom with wash-hand basin, heated towel rail and WC.

Comfortable modern clean dog friendly accommodation
The apartment is nice modern and clean. Great place without carpets so perfect for people staying with dogs as the dog smell is not to bad without carpets. Location is good and quite only issue is parking The parming space is not really a space and you cam block cars from the drive of houses across the aparent. The apartement has everything you need for self catering for a short stay Good apace for 4 people max. Would give it 5 stars if it wasnt cause of the parking space.
