"Excellent 10 out of 10. Our 3 day Xmas period stay with our dog was from arrival absolutely superb. All the staff are very pleasant and helpful; the room was warm, comfortably and clean. The food throughout our stay was excellent with a menu to suit everyone and the Xmas lunch was fantastic. This is definitely a place to revisit."

"Well. What strange accommodation. Booked 2 nights about 3 weeks prior to going. When we arrive nobody there. We rang and got told she didn’t realise we were staying then admitted she hadn’t checked any emails. We were told to go next door to get her elderly mum to come and unlock. Her lovely mum bless her had shall we say had memory problems. Anyway. We were sitting in her house being baby sat by an old lady as we weren’t aloud in house by ourselves. This was the first break we had this year....

"The uniqueness was that the rooms were separate to the bar, which were well appointed . The staff were very pleasant and willing to accommodate wherever it was possible. Excellent breakfast with a delightful location"
