"The room was adequate for what i wanted and needed. Clean, tidy, hosts are lovely, didnt eat there so cant comment on the food, nor do I drink, so cant comment on the ale either, but the overall welcome and the room was lovely."

The only reason this place isn't getting zero stars is the location, but even that comes with a massive "buyer beware" warning. The Mobility Nightmare: While the hotel is close to the beach, "close" means navigating a relentless series of steep stairs. This theme continues inside; there are stairs to get everywhere.
