"New hotel, everything works and it's clean and tidy. Great location for a weekend in Manchester, 20 minute drive from tram (Timperley or Navigation Rd) and then a few stops to Old Trafford and Piccadilly. Parking at the weekend is free, just register Reg on tablet in reception. Will be staying again."

"Checked in 330am as travelling back from manchester airport. I managed to check in despite this hotels add on expedia showing check in rules after 1am is not possible. This is incorrect. Staff so friendly and accomodating. Definately worth it"

"Hotel is a bit run down in the rooms but i think that is reflective of the price and didn'taffect tge stay. The tea/coffee/sugar holder was filthy, other than that seemed clean. The reception staff were lovely."
