The on-site self service laundry was very nice and convenient. The washing machine and dryers are nice size and look like brand new. Overall, the property was very clean and well maintained. "

"The hotel is connected to a mall. And there is another mall cross the street. In the malls there are a lot of restaurants that you can easily go to. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean. The staffs are very friendly. We all enjoyed our stay. "

Our special thanks to Sun Jing, Liu Qing, Zhang Sheng, and the hotel driver Mr. Li; Zhang Lei and the staff at breakfast buffet; and the concierge Wang Hanfeng and others. They are very nice and professional, and we think they are the best staff ever. We do hope the Executive Lounge will open the next time we visit~"

"Everything is good except the WIFI strength is horrible. Even have difficulty obtain the necessary connection to access email. Luckily I am on golfing trip to Tianjin. If you are on business trip and require wifi access to conduct business, then you better think twice to check in to this hotel. I have to consume almost close to US40 of my own data plan to communicate although I am on leisure trip to Tianjin. "
