(Just dont take the road to the lighthouse and then climb the scree over the hill: steep and dangerous). The room was excellent. Comfortable. "This was ideal for me. I loved it here. It was really peaceful. I couldn't hear a thing apart from the birds and the occasional sheep. I stayed for 4 days and I wished it could have been longer. There is no TV in the hut which also suits me to the ground. The wi-fi is excellent so if you do want to watch something on an I pad or tablet you will have no problem with the reception. "Absolutely perfect stay at The Denes. Check in was easy and we received a very friendly greeting. The room was spotlessly clean and contained everything you would expect, and more! Breakfast was amazing, great quality ingredients, especially enjoyed the fresh fruit salad which contained a huge variety of fruit. Our hosts were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. If we were staying in the area again we would definitely stay there. The valley of the rocks is a short walk down the road, as is the centre of Lynton."

This property is in a valley, the road down is windy and there are not local amenities without driving out so be prepared to self cater here.
