"Stay was great we left before breakfast to catch our flight All was good "

"Dirty towels on the corridor floor for at least 20 hours. Room carpet badly stained. Room smelt musty and was tired and poorly equipped. Key cards kept failing and had to be reprogrammed. Communal areas were grim and unwelcoming. A very depressing stay despite the staff trying to be helpful. "

"A little disappointed, it was a cheap break but , the hotel is tired. There was a toenail in the bathroom on the floor , I mentioned it to the staff but it wasn’t removed! And I think £9 each for a 2 mile shuttle is a little excessive to the airport. "

"Parking felt incredibly safe with Gated entrance, staff were amenable and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Cocktails were fantastic. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. We look forward to returning"
