"Unfortunately I do not share the same positivenes over this hotel as the ratings suggest. Worst of all is the front desk personel. We engaged with two different individuals, and they acted like they would rather be somewhere else. Breakfast buffet is good with a broad selection of things. Our beds were hard as a rock, and pillows way to soft. The gym has new Technogym machines. That's positive. We paid twice for our parking... Once in the hotel parking machine, and then again when leaving the parking area, as the areas are divided into areas. I asked about this at the reception, but they said nothing about that. So now I have to claim a refund... "

"Although a good budget business hotel - there was an issue with the heating - and the rooms very hot with no cooler fresh air - sleep quality was horrible as a result. Bed and pillows comfy - shower had great pressure for long hair, cool little Self serve snack bar was good."

There is essentially little to no service, the room are designed to be on Instagram but not to sleep in them… For the same price one can get substantially higher quality rooms elsewhere in Hamburg/St Pauli, or equivalent quality/service for half the price. "The apt mentions it has a restaurant, but it closed during covid and hasn’t reopened. It does serve an excellent breakfast, but the restaurant isn’t open for lunch or dinner. I was there on an Easter Monday, and the majority of the restaurants in the area were closed for the holiday. I would not have stayed at the hotel if I had known the restaurant was closed. "
