"An iconic hotel in the heart of Hamburg. The location is so centrally located. Located near many attractions, cafés and great restaurants. Also close to the train. The staff are amazingly friendly and super helpful. The hotel has 3 fantastic restaurants. I didn't get a chance to utilize the spa, but I did stop by to take a look and it looked beautiful. The rooms are super spacious and very comfortable. They could use a little refresh, since this is an older hotel, but still quite lovely. I highly recommend this hotel."

"If you like to have breakfast and didn't pay for it when made your reservation, you need to let them know the night before, otherwise you can't have breakfast even paying that morning because they calculate the breakfast by the number of reservations."

"Great hotel for the conference centre. Young friendly team.on reception who give a great welcome and happy to help as needed. Room was comfortable with a kettle and tea and coffee sachets. You could open the window enough to get air. There were no drawers for smaller items of clothing but shelves in the wardrobe made up for it. Have stayed here twice and would certainly stay again."
