The check-in process needs a lot of work. Even though I checked in online as requested (several times actually, bc I never got a clean confirmation) I still had to wait in line to get access to my key. The lobby gets so crowded that it's hard to navigate. The online system does NOT seem to be in synch with the systems at the small, unmanned check-in...
"This hotel is fantastic, it is very elegant and clean, has a good history within the city, is located close to the hub for train, underground, tram and bus and also the park with the famou big wheel. There are plenty of eateries within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good and the breakfast area was clean at all times. Could not fault the hotel and would recommend to everyone"
