"Excellent location. Comfortable rooms but some little bits of maintenance needed in places. My room had no desk lamp which I had to ask for. Eventually one was found. The computers in the business centre are still a disaster - this has been going on for several years."

"Wonderful cooked breakfast and very helpful and friendly staff in this budget, well located hotel. Only a block from Paddington station, and also a short walk to Kensington Park. The rooms are small and dated, but still provided all we needed for a comfortable sleep before heading on the Heathrow Express train."

Delicious breakfast with wide variety of breads, cheeses and items ala cart. Sale and Pepe restaurant serves fish in salt- must have, We will definitely come back."

"The hotel was well located and close to the subway station. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful and courteous. The room was very small in comparison to hotelsmin other cities in France and Italy. From my understanding that is the standard in England. Small but clean. I’m used to having a small refrigerator and the ability to make coffee 1st thing in the morning. Neither was available in the room. Overall very nice and clean just very small."
