We did have issues with heating but the gentleman on the night shift provided us with heaters that were more than sufficient heating our room up perfectly. Room was spotless, cleaned by Beti, thank you! Buffet breakfast was plentiful and filling, everywhere looked very clean and welcoming. We look forward to coming back again!"
