"This is a lovely house with a beautiful backyard. The covered outside sitting area has an outdoor grill and sink. It’s perfect for a couple or a small gathering. We enjoyed having our morning coffee there. We were in the area for our granddaughters high school graduation. It was a nice place to relax from all the hustle and bustle; yet convenient to stores, shopping centers , eateries and a movie theater."

There was a lot of nearby shops and restaurants, some were even walking distance, which is unusual for Texas in general.
