"The water pressure was very low took over 5-7 minutes for hot water the sink drained very slowly when we arrive there’s no one at the front desk when we checked out the person in the front just gave me my receipt and no thank you how was your stay was in a rush to talk to her co worker, who came in while checking out. "

I was unable to use the hot tub because I didn’t feel like taking a cold bath the whole reason why I stayed there. After talking to the staff, I could not be refunded because I purchased my room via this app."
