"I arrived and was told very little about the property until I asked about amenities. I asked for feather pillows and he practically laughed, “no this is all we got” then to learn that the hottub (one main reason I chose it) was not working. In the morning when I I left I placed the “please clean early” tag for my room and then returned at 6 pm it wasn’t touched, garbage not removed, only one fresh towel, no bed made. I went to the front desk and he said they were busy getting the rooms reset for the people coming in! Oh I get it, who cares about the current patrons! The sheets were ill-fitting so when you turned over they didn’t stay in place and bunched up underneath me. The pillows were made of foam which I am allergic to so no pillows for me. It really didn’t matter because even if I wasn’t, the pillows were so compact that they were uncomfortable to even sit against. I consider myself a thoughtful customer, all garbage is in the receptacle, used towels in a pile. Nothing out to have to work around. I expect courtesy in return. The breakfast was fresh. It would have been better if I could talk to the kitchen staff to ask a question but she didn’t speak a word of English. I won’t be returning. "
