"We stayed in Holly Room at Holly Lodge , it was an amazing experience from start to finish !!!
The check was so simple even in the dark at a very late hour
Our room and facilities within the room were stunning 😍
The service the following morning was 2nd to none and the food , presentation was perfect and so tasty .
The gardens were so pretty , wild but very well maintained.
Coedy was so lovely as were all the staff ... i loved the open plan kitchen area !

"Beautifully kept, comfortable and spotless accommodation with convenient access to King’s Lynn and the surrounding area. Communication was excellent throughout, the breakfast was outstanding, and I would highly recommend The Old Bell to anyone visiting the area."
"The property is in a small village. Pub next door , but otherwise its a peaceful , quiet area. Wells next to sea is about a 5min drive away.
My room was nice, it had a kettle, iron,Ironing board, bathroom was clean and shower hot. The beds were good and the room was clean. There is some parking on site. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was also good. I really enjoyed my stay here."

Always a warm welcome from the owner and you couldn’t find a more beautiful setting to wake up.Deer often walking around the grounds in the early morning when you open the curtains of your perfectly decorated room."
"Great place to stay with dogs. Nice rooms and a kitchen. They also provide EV Car charging which I took advantage of for £20/day. This property does not come up on the Hotels.com search filter for EV charging locations. "
"Fabulous property. Gorgeous decor. Loved the big sofas to relax in. Liked the art work on the walls. Great to have magazines to read with complimentary tea/coffee and biscuits/ cake.Very good breakfast.

"Wonderful property, staff amazing.
Only "gripes" are - four poster bed is a *little* small, it's the equivalent of a small double bed. Also, the shower doesn't have much power.
It's an older, historical property, so do factor that into a stay.
As highlighted above though, the staff were brilliant, and the (included) breakfast was sublime.

"We had a wonderful 3 nights stay at The Dabbling Duck, from the warm welcome on arrival to checking out all the staff were welcoming and helpful. Food and drinks were also outstanding, especially the wood fired pizza's."
"A little out of the way ,you do need your own transport . Saying that you need to be early to check in to grab a parking space as the hotel seems to be very popular.especially with the older generation."
