"This place is absolutely beautiful. Very quiet and Janice was such a great host. The breakfast was a 5 out 5 stars. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to get a little peace and quiet and away from the normal hustle and bustle of life. The hot tub was amazing. The only bad thing is that we couldn’t stay longer. We will definitely be back when we can. "

"This property is beautiful and just as described! All of the little things (like tons of board games and marshmallow roasting sticks) really made our stay amazing! There was plenty of room for our family of 6. We loved this property and will definitely stay again if we are back in the area! "
"We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely cabin right off the river! We spent most of our time on the back patio playing games, down by the river, or in the hot tub. This was super peaceful! We loved that we could take our large dogs with us! Most places only allow small dogs. It was great that everyone plus the fury family members could come! Loved the locationl and the fact that we felt like we were the only one's out there. The river was full and flowing making soothing music to our relaxing vacation. We thought the trails were in walking distance. Sadly they are not. But the trail head is a short drive down the road. We found several great restaurants within a 20 minute drive. "

"Stunning cabin. Tranquil location. Superb host. My family had a wonderful time, we could have spent the whole trip just enjoying all this cabin had to offer. Ranging in age from 66 to 6 we all loved this cabin. The pool was clean and refreshing. The whole place was exceptionally clean and came with everything we needed from comfy beds to paper towels. There is a Dollar General super close and convenient. Check in and out was a breeze. It was away from crowds but close enough to hit the attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg every day. 10/10 I would recommend and stay again. If I could change one thing about our stay I would have booked more days."
"This was a family trip with preschool and grade school aged kids. The place was perfect for them. They swam 2 or 3 times daily and had s’mores at the fire pit at night. Also hit up the local state parks. I have no complaints. "
"We were very pleased with the cabin. It was exactly as described. The indoor pool was a favorite for all, and the theater room paired with a popcorn machine was perfect for a movie night! It was a short drive to Gatlinburg. So, there was not any traffic in Cosby. Communication with the hosts was exceptional."
