They kept our luggage while we went to Kangaroo Island for three nights, which was a big savings compared to taking all of our luggage or putting it in lockers. Two areas of improvement: there should have been two towels in the room and we did not like the computerized check-in and checkout. For that price you deserve service. "

Being right by Henley Beach, it is the closest I have ever stayed to the ocean, and it made the entire experience even more memorable. What really stood out to me was the staff. Every single person I encountered was kind, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. A special thank you to Christine, who truly does her job with heart. Her warmth and care did not go unnoticed. I left feeling so grateful for the experience. It is one of those places that stays with you, and I would return in a heartbeat."

"The location was fantastic — definitely 5 stars for that! The house has some nice updates, but you can tell it’s on the older side. The kitchen faucet sprays a bit, and there’s hardly any cookware, so meal prep was tricky. The privacy shade on the front door is missing and really should be replaced. We also found some ants in the master bedroom, and there weren’t any instructions for the air conditioner, washer, or dryer. A TV in the bedroom would be a nice addition too.Overall, we loved the location, but a few fixes and extra touches would make this place much more comfortable."
