When I showed them the website they just said it was an error and they charge for pets. When I refused to pay extra for my pets, as it was not my fault they don’t keep up with their listings, the older gentleman told me my reservation was canceled and to go book somewhere else. It took them three days to authorize Hotels.com to refund me my stay. I would not recommend...
