Hilton Garden Inn San Jose Airport City Mall

"Limpieza excelente. Atención del personal excelente . Personal amable, responsable. Olvidé mi teléfono. En la zona cercana al comedor; pasaron algunos minutos, pude recogerlo de donde la había colocado. Cómo Enfermera pensionada. Me preocupa. El baño cuando uno se baña , el jabón y otros que usa el piso se pone muy resbaladizo. A mí me ocurrió puse un paño y asunto resuelto. Las personas mayores. Hyatt Place Cariari Convention Center

8/10 Good

"The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I believe the rooms were new or recently renovated. My only concerns is the water pressure was on the rather low side and the elevators were problematic. The staff were fantastic at every level. The food in the restaurant was average. Overall I would recommend this stay simply due to the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms."

Holiday Inn Express San Jose Costa Rica Airport by IHG

8/10 Good

"This was a short stay that didn’t start well, we booked this hotel because we had a quick overnight before continuing , and it was disappointing that the airport shuttle service was not well coordinated. It was not easy to find the lick-up location but once there, we ended up having to call the hotel after waiting more than 20 minutes. Whoever answered basically blamed us for not being visible to the driver (we were standing right in front of the sign) so he left. Once we arrived at the hotel, all was as expected- clean, friendly staff and good breakfast"

Hyatt Centric San José Escazú

10/10 Excellent

"An Exceptional Hotel - Hospitality at Its Finest It was a privilege to have stayed here. The stunning lobby and beautiful restaurant create an atmosphere of sophisticated elegance. But what truly distinguishes this hotel is its remarkable staff. The level of hospitality is outstanding - gracious, attentive, and genuinely caring. Throughout my entire stay, I felt completely looked after, with every need met with warmth and professionalism. I felt genuinely welcomed and valued. An unforgettable stay, and a hotel I wholeheartedly recommend. My sincere appreciation to the entire staff for making my visit so exceptional. Special thank you to Didsy, Fabiola, Carlos, Ronny, Waleska, Adrian, and Fernando."
