"Great setting right on the lake. Super friendly and helpful staff. Room was spartan but clean and had everything needed. If you want super roomy and fancy this probably isn’t the best fit for you. But if you’re about a clean simple and picturesque place to stay this is it."

"From the text message I received on the day we were to check in straight through the time we checked out three days later, our experience was PERFECT. The level of detail when we opened the door (room lights on, soft music playing, decorated immaculately) I was impressed. The few communications with the owner showed that they cared far more than most hotels...this place was their baby, and they'd give the shirt off their back to make sure your stay was pleasant. It's an older property, but that was half the charm. I would 100% stay at this property if ever I end up in the Finger Lakes region again. A++++!!! "

"Very clean and comfortable. The house was very small, but the outside Deck and patio made up for it. My only complaint is the beds were too small. I would get rid of the bunk beds and replace them with two twin beds or one double bed. Otherwise the place and location were really nice. I hope to come back again. "

The grounds are exceptional with breathtaking landscaping. What a stunning view of Seneca Lake!! We loved sitting on the dock with the dogs and gazing at the lake. The location is central to so many Finger Lakes destinations. You won't find a better stay!!"

Just a heads up that the space at the lake is down over a steep hill, so be prepared to drive down if taking many things to enjoy around the fire pit. Front porch was a great place to sit in the mornings and the neighborhood was clean and quiet. Kitchen was well stocked and loved the decorative touches "
