"Great setting right on the lake. Super friendly and helpful staff. Room was spartan but clean and had everything needed. If you want super roomy and fancy this probably isn’t the best fit for you. But if you’re about a clean simple and picturesque place to stay this is it."

"Very clean and comfortable. The house was very small, but the outside Deck and patio made up for it. My only complaint is the beds were too small. I would get rid of the bunk beds and replace them with two twin beds or one double bed. Otherwise the place and location were really nice. I hope to come back again. "

"Gorgeous lake front property! Everything was spotless and ready for us. Well stocked, with coffee pot, dishes, grilling utensils and pots and pans. We really enjoyed the fire pit and the gorgeous sunsets. Great location for visiting wineries on Seneca lakes East side. "

"Cute, fun stay.Do believe the host though when she says that a 4wd or all wd is recommended to get up the driveway. I did it with a front wd but it was a little dicey and I’m an old guy that’s driven a lot.Beautiful setting and great location for accessing wineries and other attractions Jerry"
