"This place was really nice. The downstairs living area/bedroom/bathroom was great for our group, as one couple could seperate from all the kids upstairs. We didn't have any issues with the well water situation, and were able to take normal showers. The firepit area was nice, and we didn't have any problems with mosquitos. The kids enjoyed jumping in the lake, and the sunset views were great! Communication & check in went smoothly, and the extras provided (garbage bags, TP, spices etc...) were appreciated. Lots of room to park cars also. The only feedback worth mentioning is that a little TLC could really spruce the place up. Alot of peeling wallpaper, creeky screen doors that had trouble shutting, and the curtains and blinds were missing on one of the windows in the kids room, so we had to get creative so that they wouldn't wake up at 6am! Overall, it was a really nice place - and we would stay again. Thanks!"

"Absolutely amazing home! We came up for a few nights to explore the Glen and good eats & man were we SO pleasantly surprised by this home. Between the fresh flowers, gifts, all the amazing features && the games for the kids really topped it off. We had brought a projector because we read there was no TV(which just made us all closer so was cool) and we ended up watching a movie in the hot tub projecting onto the house! It was like this spot was made for us! Definitely recommended 10000% worth it!"

"The views from the deck are amazing. We even saw two beautiful moonrises over the lake. The cottage was clean and well-appointed. No problem with wi-fi and we appreciated all the charging stations. The new hot tub was so relaxing after a day of hiking around. It’s quiet, dog-friendly, and close to so many wineries and breweries. If you like barbecue, definitely make a short trip into Watkins Glen and check out Nickel’s Pit."

"We had 13 people staying at the cottage and we were very comfortable. The house has a wonderful graciousness. The kids loved digging at the beach and swam safely with the PFDs. The water is very deep there. Everyone took advantage of the huge lawn for the cornhole game and our own bocce game. Some adults loved the huge porch while others enjoyed the kayaks and PFDs. The huge sectional with recliners in the living room was ideal for our crowd! I would suggest only two improvements. Towel racks in the bathrooms would help to keep the towels clean. Hopefully the half finished dock will be completed in the near future. The contact people were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much."

"Great house for a big group! They had towels available & the kitchen had plenty of amenities! The beds were comfortable. It was a great pick for our first time in the fingerlakes!"
