"Beautiful house! Perfect for our family vacation on Seneca Lake. We enjoyed kayaking, watching sunsets, using the hot tub, using the fire pit, and sitting on the deck. The house was equipped with everything that we needed for our stay. Ameann was an excellent host and always there to answer any questions that we had. She even left us bottles of wine in the fridge and icecream! The view is the best part. We enjoyed hiking and visiting several waterfalls and local wineries. Kayaking on the lake was another favorite part. Lots of great family memories from the week!"

"This place was really nice. The downstairs living area/bedroom/bathroom was great for our group, as one couple could seperate from all the kids upstairs. We didn't have any issues with the well water situation, and were able to take normal showers. The firepit area was nice, and we didn't have any problems with mosquitos. The kids enjoyed jumping in the lake, and the sunset views were great! Communication & check in went smoothly, and the extras provided (garbage bags, TP, spices etc...) were appreciated. Lots of room to park cars also. The only feedback worth mentioning is that a little TLC could really spruce the place up. Alot of peeling wallpaper, creeky screen doors that had trouble shutting, and the curtains and blinds were missing on one of the windows in the kids room, so we had to get creative so that they wouldn't wake up at 6am! Overall, it was a really nice place - and we would stay again. Thanks!"

"Our stay in Hector was everything we could’ve wanted and more! The cabin had everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to campfire supplies to cornhole boards. It is situated on a beautiful little property with six cabins total. While you will see your neighbors, there is plenty of space to roam around and enjoy without feeling crowded. Our dog particularly enjoyed that aspect. The sunsets were unmatched and we luckily had perfect weather for our entire trip. Finally, the location was amazing. We could see Seneca Lake from the cabin, and the closest winery was about 3 minutes down the road. Beyond that, there were at least 10 other wineries within a 10 minute drive, and Watkins Glen was only about 15 minutes away as well. We ate in town every night and then came back to the cabin to watch the sunset and have a campfire. It was truly the perfect trip! We hope to be back soon!"
