"Perfect location for the wineries that we like to spend time at. This house is one of the best houses that we have stayed at over the many years of coming up to Seneca Lake. The house has everthing you could need and is so clean and comfortable. One of my favorite things is that there are so many great spots to sit outside and relax and see the lake. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again."

"This was the perfect place for our family vacation. It's close to Watkins Glen and many wineries and restaurants while being private since it's located on a dead end road. There were 7 of us, 3 generations, and the sleeping accommodations, with the bunkhouse, provided everyone with privacy. The large dining room table was a great space for game nights while the living room arrangement allowed those not playing to watch TV. Sitting on the chairs on the dock was a perfect place for me to read while enjoying views and sounds of Seneca Lake. The best part is the large porch. We would sit out there first thing in the morning while planning our day and gather at the end of the day to tell everyone where we'd gone and what we'd done when we all got back home. Great memories of our Seneca Lake vacation."

"We stayed at Annie and Gary's home a few weeks ago. We love that we were able to bring our dog as we do not travel without her. House was clean and obviously large enough for my family. Location was wonderful and it really is about a 10 min walk to the water/beach. We walked our dog over to Smith Park daily and were able to take her swimming too!! Few hiccups during our stay but Annie and Gary were very quick to respond and resolve any issues. Would absolutely recommend staying here and hope to again in the future."
