"On Thursday, April 16, 2026, I had the worst customer experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. In fact, the worst customer experience I’ve ever had with any type of business. I am a 73-year-old grandfather of fifteen. I used to sit on the bench. I am now retired. 3 days before that Thursday, I was recognized by the TN House of Representatives. I’m hardly the sort of person who looks for trouble. The shuttle didn't come. Repeated calls to the hotel were sent to a queue that promised I "was next in line". After 4 minutes, the line hung up. I then called another number and pressed an option that actually allowed me to talk with someone. I told the woman who answered it the situation. I was disconnected after 15 minutes. I then ordered an Uber. Upon arrival, the hotel lights were out. I made my way to the front desk. I asked why no shuttle. “JR” snapped at me, informing me it was too dangerous because of darkness. I told him that the Uber had no trouble getting there and other hotel shuttles were running. JR repeatedly said he didn't control mother nature (which was obvious) and that I was disrespecting him. His ego seemed important to him. He interrupted EVERY TIME I tried to speak. He then kicked me out because I was "too dangerous". He never said how. I asked, “Why?” His response: "Because I can." While I was waiting for the Uber, another guest came behind me and said, “I saw and heard everything. I don’t know what his problem was, but you certainly were not out of line.""

"Was amazing gave my husband a birthday gift was clean beautiful nicest staff I have ever met was worth every penny "

"The room was clean. The staff was excellent. The breakfast was good. A lot of variety and selection. The outdoor pool was closed when we were there but we enjoyed the whirlpool. My only complain is the noise from the freeway. We were in the building closest to the freeway and it was loud."

"Front desk people were extremely helpful and very pleasant. Clean room and lobby.."

"Found “body hair” on the clean hand towels. Floors could use a scrubbing between guests. All that aside, nice and newer property. We did feel somewhat “dirty” sleeping in the sheets, so we opted to stay above the covers. Great staff, very welcoming. I didn’t care for having to pay extra for parking as well as for the continental breakfast. Call me old fashioned, but I expect those to be included in my stay with this chain."
