"This was an extremely disappointing experience. From arrival, there were immediate safety and maintenance concerns. The room door appeared damaged, as if it had been previously forced, with a visible crack that compromised our sense of security. The room’s location directly next to the elevator also made it very noisy. There was concerning activity in the parking lot that further contributed to an overall feeling of being unsafe. At check-in, the front desk staff disputed additional guest charges in an unprofessional manner, which made for a frustrating start to our stay. We were required to change rooms due to non-functioning air conditioning, and the replacement room had a strong, unpleasant odor. Given these issues, we chose to check out the following day. Attempting to resolve a refund was equally frustrating. It took over a week to reach management, and I was not provided a full refund, as additional fees were still deducted. Overall, due to the condition of the property, lack of professionalism, and safety concerns, I would not recommend this hotel."

"The breakfast was good and kid friendly. The room was unclean with blood on one of the beddings. I have allergies and the room was very bad. I think I left with chest congestion. Hair on our towels in the shower. "

"We were in town needing a quick stay to beat airport traffic and make it to the airport quickly. The hotel staff were friendly. For the price I guess it was worth it but the rooms were not very clean. Our bathroom toilet seat had left over urine on it. The entire hotel floor was sticky, you could tell the place barely gets mopped. The chair and bench in our room had stains in it. The tile of the back of the shower was not completely clean. I felt the cleanliness was just not up to standard for a hotel regardless of the pricing. We likely would not stay at this property again moving forward. The price for parking and airport shuttle is really convenient though so that was nice."

"The hotel is dated, when we pulled up there were homeless people in the corner of the hotel, the staff dud not speak English well and did not understand what we were asking, then it look like they had people that were there to handle theur sexual needs and nothing else they most definitely were not Travelers if I thought I can get my $252 back I would the bathroom had nothing to lock you just closed the door anybody could just push open the door the bathroom was Tiny the shower and the water ran at the same time so if they don't want me to make bad reviews stop sending me surveys I would never ever ever recommend this hotel there were guests that were complaining about cigarette butts no hot water working it was crazy I almost felt afraid to stay there if it wasn't for my son I probably would have paid another hotel to feel comfortable if you want a one-night hookup most definitely go to that hotel because that's exactly what it seem like they house Street urchins for a room for a couple hours don't take the children there plus the only thing they offered for a continental breakfast was coffee nothing else. The pictures that they have on hotel.com or fake pictures that is not what that hotel look like it ain't a studio it's a old Motel 8."
