"The hotel is dated, when we pulled up there were homeless people in the corner of the hotel, the staff dud not speak English well and did not understand what we were asking, then it look like they had people that were there to handle theur sexual needs and nothing else they most definitely were not Travelers if I thought I can get my $252 back I would the bathroom had nothing to lock you just closed the door anybody could just push open the door the bathroom was Tiny the shower and the water ran at the same time so if they don't want me to make bad reviews stop sending me surveys I would never ever ever recommend this hotel there were guests that were complaining about cigarette butts no hot water working it was crazy I almost felt afraid to stay there if it wasn't for my son I probably would have paid another hotel to feel comfortable if you want a one-night hookup most definitely go to that hotel because that's exactly what it seem like they house Street urchins for a room for a couple hours don't take the children there plus the only thing they offered for a continental breakfast was coffee nothing else. The pictures that they have on hotel.com or fake pictures that is not what that hotel look like it ain't a studio it's a old Motel 8."

"Breakfast was fresh, but not a lot of variety. It was a busy weekend and they had just one waffle maker and a broken toaster. The women who greeted us the night we checked in, wasn’t friendly at all. We did meet other staff members that were very friendly. The rooms were okay, exactly as pictured and expected. The pool was cold, but my family swam in it anyway. My biggest concern was the shower temperature. If you enjoy frozen showers, this is your place. The water temperature was perfect on day one but as the hotel got busier into the weekend, the hot water was very very quickly used up. We tried different times of the day, and every time you got a few minutes of hot water and then it quickly went to very very cold. We didn’t park, but there looked to be lots of parking available! "

"If you're looking for a value for your money, then this place is for you. We enjoyed our stay with no real problems. Hotel is located in respectable area and the location is well-lit with plenty of parking. Rooms are clean and have been recently upgraded/modernized. There are many convenient restaurants and shops nearby (walking distance). Hotel is located right off of I-40 (go east for some upscale dining/shopping or west towards Nashville and the Broadway strip - a renowned entertainment district, or "Honky Tonk Highway," featuring 24/7 live music, iconic neon-lit bars, and historical sites. The hotel staff were very courteous, attentive and helpful. The complimentary continental BF is very basic (cereal/toast), no frills and no real hot food except mini waffles/instant oatmeal. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the areas."
