"Check in was a problem. Front desk could not find my reservation despite my showing the confirmation and receipt. They suggested I was at the wrong hotel despite seeing my confirmation. After several minutes he found me listed under my first name, not last name. Other issues - reservation stated breakfast included. However, the hotel charges a daily "Resort fee" of $15, which we were told is for breakfast and parking! Very shady, in my opinion, to tack on $15/day to park, and for really lousy breakfast. The coffee was good, the eggs powdered and tasteless. Would prefer no breakfast and free parking. The room was OK, but the sink is in an open area by the beds, and the space is small. If someone is using the sink while other person sleeping, that is a problem. The toilet and shower are separate, and that has a door. One bed is literally right next to the AC/Heater unit, and if you want to cool the room it is freezing if in the bed next to the unit. The walls and ceilings are paper thin, the person above was very heavy footed. The place is ok for overnight stay near the airport. The $15/day fee is ridiculous and Expedia should provide a note about this additional fee. "

"Stayed over Christmas. The hotel was beautifully decorated. The atrium had lots of lights and Christmas trees. Guests were all decked out in Christmas PJ's to celebrate and enjoy their time. There staff was very friendly and helpful. They had entertainment inside the hotel and outside (Cirque and ICE) Convenient to nearby mall, General Jackson, Opry and easy ride to downtown via Uber. Waterslide park attached but we didn't use it. Lots of open space that could use more restaurants/bars in the hotel. Wonderful place to celebrate Christmas."

"No frills or thrills. Dirty floors and dirty feeling. Peep hole on the door was just a hole that could be seen through on inside and out, had to put tissue paper in the hole. Breakfast was a joke…there was none. At least Waffle House and Cracker Barrel next to it. Close to hwy 40 and Piercy Priest Lake is about the only good thing. The young woman working that evening I checked in was a delight to correspond with. Just a place to sleep, shower and leave."
