"San Sabastian is a very popular destination, especially during the weekends. Although the apartment was in a great location, the noise level at night was a bit much. During the week it is much quieter with less tourists. Any issues we had was dealt with in a very timely fashion by the managing agent."

"Perfect place to base yourself for exploring both the town and the surrounding the Basque region. The Apartment was just right for a couple and the two Bikes were just great for exploring the town. Having a washing machine in the apartment and the Supermarket, Chemist and Bike tracks adjacent was great. Virginia is a super host, she reached out with details before arrival, was very responsive and flexible, she even stopped by to help turn on the heat when we asked for help. "Die Gegend ist einmalig. Die Wohnung liegt zwar nicht am Meer, man erreicht allerdings Meer, Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Stadt, Spanien etc. sehr schnell. Die Wohung ist perfekt ausgestattet. Dadurch dass sie im Untergeschoss liegt, ist sie etwas feucht, was aber an heißen Sommertagen eher angenehm kühl wirkt. Der Pool sehr sauber. Die Besitzer wohnen zwar oben, sind aber sehr zuvorkommend und rücksichtsvoll."

"We were a group of 8 friends traveling through the Basque country. Communication and checkin went smoothly. The accommodation is modest but spacious, perfectly suited for our group. The location of the apartment is a major plus - 1 block from La Concha beach and close to the old quarter. I would definitely recommend this apartment!"

"A lovely apartment, about 25 mins walk from the centre of St Jean de Luz. The accommodation was excellent (we provided our own towels and sheets) and communication with the owner was good. We had one small issue while we were there, but this was dealt with quickly and efficiently. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed and expected. Thanks very much!"

"Great location for exploring the Basque Coast. Apartment is great for families...exceptionally clean with modern conveniences. Owner is responsive within minutes by phone or email, and is quite helpful with recommendations and suggestions for sightseeing, dining, etc. If we return to this area of España, we would certainly look to book this apartment again."

"Great location, near shops, pleasant 15 min walk to old town, hosts quickly responsive to requests. Unit was clean with everything functioning but a bit more sparse than fotos showed. Plenty of room. If you are used to city living and sleep like a rock no matter what than I would recommend this place for you. The ONLY issue that would keep us from renting this place again is the noise. There are several bars/ restaurants (great pintxos) just below across street as well as big trash and recycle...

"We have just had three nights here and what a fantastic three nights they were. The property is lovely and in the perfect location, just a short stroll from old town (5 mins) and new town (5 mins). Despite being so central it was very quiet, and we had two balconies with our room (204!) including a glimpse of the sea! All the staff were lovely and friendly, and provided a map with recommendations. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you "
