"Die Anlage ist wirklich schön und der Pool toll für die Kinder. Jedoch ist die Ausstattung / Möblierung der Wohnung nicht übereinstimmend mit den präsentierten Fotos. Die Wohnung ist viel dunkler und zusammengewürfelt möbliert. Leider war die Wohnung wohl länger nicht gelüftet worden so dass es nicht sehr gut roch. Das Badezimmer ist neu und toll. Die Küche ist klein aber gut ausgerüstet."

"Spacious apartment in central location, just steps to old town and la Concha beach. Clean and with very good amenities, including new windows so outside sounds were not really noticed. Everything was as advertised and communication with the host was very good. If driving, the entrance to Boulevard Parking is immediately on the right as you turn left onto Zumardia Boulevard."

The host had made many thoughtful touches to the place. We feel the location was the best in the city. Also, during our stay, the host was very, very nice and very responsive, trying his best to, answer any questions as soon as possible and help us with any issues overall, it was a very smooth and enjoyable trip.
