"Excellent location, buses frequent, close to lovely Exmouth market. We walked almost everywhere - into Covent Garden and to the City. Our room had twin beds, basin, towels and toiletries included. Shared toilet and showers were all in good order and clean. Decoration may be a little tired for some, but for us it was fine. Breakfast was generous, with hot and cold choices, and we sat in the lovely small courtyard. Everyone was helpful, considerate, professional, especially the breakfast staff. Thank you."

"Comfortable and private pods. The light and temperature controls were good (temperature only goes as low as 19oC but this felt comfortable). Facilities were modern and clean. Only issue was poor drainage in the showers, after only a couple of minutes of showering the area was flooding, and it then took more than 10 mins to drain, it was fine for a quick shower but would have been really difficult if I needed to wash my hair. I saw multiple other shower cubicles that were flooded so clearly this is a bigger problem."

"Very basic accommodations,, but perfectly nice. Know what you're getting yourself into. It's very good for the price, but you're not getting top of the line quality. Amenities? No. There room was clean enough, everything was washed, though it showed some wear. The room is extremely basic, it really is just beds and a sink. One small piece of hand soap. No hand towels, no shampoo, no face cloth, etc. The shared bathroom should be a consideration for anyone coming here. It's a single bathroom with a single toilet, and a very small shower with little water pressure. It can be very inconvenient if another guest leaves a mess. There's one floor mat to share with other guests out of the shower. The whole place could do with some renovation. The toilet lid doesn't stay up and crashes down. The toilet doesn't flush every time easily. The TV antenna was completely broken. The shower head is old and doesn't seem in decent condition. The beds are small, not very comfortable and the bunk beds are very noisy, as is the street (and you must leave the window open to get some airflow). Just extremely basic. But the staff is really kind, the breakfast included is perfectly good. If you go in with right expectations, it's a nice stay. But if you expect any amenity or anything beyond a basic bed, you're asking too much for the price."
