"The communication with the staff at d main office is wonderful and the directions given to us were clear. It is near the Center so no problem with transport. The room itself is quite big, the bed is ok but will do with extra pillows i think, also the sink in the toilet was blocked and the door of the toilet is broken like half of one of the glass door panels is missing so you are visible from outside. I had messaged to ask if there was a hairdryer before our trip. AI said yes but when we arrived there was no hairdryer. Several messages per day received only AI replies and it was never resolved. "This property was nothing like the pictures. The washroom was so small you couldn’t fit in and close the door, it was by the kitchen no ventilation. The lights in the kitchen didn’t work. They had teenagers staying in that building partying all night until 5am drinking and making lots of noise. We didn’t feel safe at all.
