"It’s pretty frustrating when you arrive at a self-check in hotel and there are no keys in the lockbox, the issue was resolved fairly quickly but it did involve me sat on the stairs for a while, nice concept but the execution not perfect"

"Great location, near to the Rhine river and a park (that our kids loved). Also near to the border of the three countries. Massive room with comfy beds! Extremely friendly staff. Lovely breakfast. Highly recommend."

"Great staff who are always happy to help. The hotel is clean and tidy, the team responsible for cleaning do a great job. The restaurant has a limited menu but the food is really good. I have stayed here a couple of times now, and will again in the future should I need to be in this area for business again."
