"Ron with Waya rentals was excellent to work with and friendly. The house is a wonderful location, near many types of activities and plenty to do even if you just stayed home! The kitchen is spotless and VERY well appointed. The bathrooms are clean and the beds are VERY comfortable. The sheets and towels are soft and also very comfortable. We very much appreciated Ron's help and genuine care for our comfort and happiness. The posting and pics are true and honest. We hope to return with more family for a larger gathering in the future and we like that our dog may be able to join us. All communications were clear and thorough. Make sure to bring ice, coffee and firewood. Our only complaint was some "odors" such as a strong ammonia smell upon entering that dissipated with ceiling fan use, and a bit of a "musty dampness" in the lower level - which is somewhat expected in a partially underground level during a rainy/humid time. We are not fond of riverbed rock shower floors, but that's a preference, not a complaint."

"The breakfast was good, had eggs and waffles along with cereal and yogurt. We used the hot tub in the pool area. It was clean with plenty of towels. Shower was nice in the room."

"Great choice for a stay in New Buffalo. The hotel is a little dated but very well kept. It was clean, comfortable, and had great amenities. Enjoyed the new machine which brews fresh ground coffee all day. Breakfast was typical but had many very good choices. Staff was helpful. We’d definitely stay there again."

"This rental is clean and very quiet. It’s on the edge of town, but close enough to walk downtown in 5 minutes. The beds were comfortable and its a great size for a small family. The price was more reasonable than a lot of comparable properties. It’s been remodeled nicely and definitely feels like a “lake style” apartment.We really enjoyed our stay."

"We enjoyed our stay and found the house to be perfect for our needs. The photos accurately represent the space—it is small, but the thoughtful decor and comfortable furnishings made it feel warm and inviting. We especially loved the back porch, which was the perfect spot to enjoy our morning coffee before heading to the beach.There were a couple of things that could have made our stay even better. When we arrived, we were a little surprised to find trash left in the garbage can and dishes on the counter drying on a towel. Our biggest challenge, however, was the limited clothing storage. The small lockers provided weren’t particularly practical for adult-sized clothing, so we ended up living out of our suitcases for the week. A small bureau or dresser in the master bedroom would make a wonderful addition.One of our favorite parts of the trip was visiting New Buffalo Beach each day and spending afternoons at Post Boy listening to music. Overall, we had a lovely stay and enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and location."
