"Stayed two nights as we were going to an event 30 mins away, unfortunately found the beds very uncomfortable and hard, spoke to reception to see if they had mattress toppers and the best they could do was a spare single duvet, (there were two of us!) we paid for the breakfast on the Saturday and it was ok, nothing amazing for price of it & I wouldn’t again, positives thought the rooms are very clean and the staff are friendly, there is a coffee machine for free coffee when ever you need one which is a nice touch, location wise for kavka Zappa it worked really well walking distance to venue"

"The room was spacious and the bed comfortable, but as it was not carpeted it was quite noisy. The walls were thin and when other guests arrived and left the big industrial style doors made a lot of noise. Reception staff except a gentleman with glasses were not interested in who came into the hotel to the extent that a lady did not even bother looking up from her phone. The location of the hotel was perfect. Easy to get to from the station and to get to the historic centre."

"Great location. Spacious room, and a kitchen so you could make your own breakfast and snacks. Dining table and arm chair. Comfy beds. A little tired looking but clean. We were very happy."

"Pretty much amazing and safe for the price, nicest staff, always available drinks and 2am snacks. Rooms are simple and well layed out, with ample room for each occupant. Two caveats, however. One was our sink plug, broken upon arrival, but that was far from a problem and I know that they would have fixed it should we have needed that service. Two, safes are not secure, as ours was giving us trouble and I was able to GOOGLE a universal safe unlock code for the make and model very easily. This startled us a bit, and I'm sure it's an issue that other safes face, but just don't put 100% trust in it. Despite that, our room felt very secure in the care of the staff. This is the best deal, the best location and the best hotel we were able to find in Antwerp, by miles."
