"Great stay while visiting Joshua Tree!"

"The property was nice especially the outdoor space. We didn’t enjoy having to continuously contact the host to heat the hot tub and we were surprised by the fee to heat the pool. It is in the fine print on the listing but when the heating fee is more than the cost of the stay it was not a welcome surprise. Not being able to sit in the hot tub after 10 pm was also frustrating. Most properties we have used have an electronic control inside the unit which would be preferred. Fernway was usually quick to respond to communication which was nice. Overall it was a nice property and a good stay and would recommend as long as you are aware of the extra costs and lack of control when it comes to the pool and hot tub. "

"The breakfast was awful. They offered a rubbery boiled egg and stale cereal. Not even a waffle maker. This was totally disappointing and gets a thumbs down from me"

"Positives:•Beds were memory foam (not old spring mattresses), and comfortable•Garage was open to use with a garage door opener clicker to use as well•Hot Tub was clean and worked well•AC and heat worked wellNegatives:•No kitchen towels- something that other reviewers complained about long ago, and you'd think would be taken care of by now•We used all 4 beds, but when we arrived, the other 3 beds were not made correctly. None had top sheets- just a quilted blanket on top, and one didn't have a fitted sheet over the mattress, but a poorly tucked in flat sheet. I was able to find the cabinet in the garage, which happened to be unlocked, and grabbed the correct sheets for all the beds, but it was quite frustrating that I had to remake all three beds.• Upon arrival, I also found a whole set of sheets and several towels half wet in the dryer. I had to finish the dry cycle and put those items away. Obviously that wasn't hard, but that's what they PAY the housekeeper to do.• The dishes in the dishwasher were clean but not put away. We had to put them away upon arrival.•No trash can in the guest bath- something other reviews have mentioned•No toaster•No hot tub towels, but extra bath towels if cabinet is unlockedThe owner seemed indifferent about the issues we mentioned, which were mainly housekeeping. I missed out on wedding festivities to finish what HK didn't. They offered an extra night stay at 60% off when we thought we might stay one more night, but we didn't. "

"The property was gorgeous and they thought of everything! From the coffee bar to the treats and toys for your dog, everything was super welcoming. Every member of the family will enjoy this venue. Mine was a short stay so there wasn’t the chance for the hot tub or fire pit but I’ll definitely be back! "

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Yucca Valley Joshua Park getaway! The hot tub was spacious, spotless, and an absolute delight! We enjoyed soaking under the open sky with the natural desert backdrop; it was majestic. The home itself was beautiful and thoughtfully designed. The three bedrooms had incredibly comfortable beds, the bathrooms were spacious and well-appointed, and there was more natural light than we knew what to do with. It felt peaceful, bright, and perfectly situated to enjoy everything Joshua Tree and surrounding areas has to offer.The hosts are excellent communicators and reply promptly in detail. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"This was a wonderful stay! Large house, close to everything you need. The only thing that you might need to know is that two of the bedrooms are connected. Meaning you have to go through one to get to the other. I would stay here again! "
