"Actually my friend stayed here- it was peaceful and quiet. A beautiful piece of art had a fantastic breakfast every morning great Wi-Fi and TV with American channels. He didn’t have a refrigerator but he went to the market and bought a Styrofoam cooler and filled it with ice. The chef was great it’s very secure place And convenient location. "

"The stay was just as described. The hosts were very attentive and the breakfast was nice. My only complaint would be that the walls were very thin and the guests weren’t very quiet next door. Overall I would stay again though. "

"this was a nice spot to drop my bag for a couple of nights while I rested from travel and got ready for next adventure. Manager was nice and the brreakfast was great! Noisy in the day time due to construction next door but I was at the beach!"

"Friendly people! I like that the localtion is not in a hotel zone but rather in a nice neighborhood with eating options. One negative was that the WIFI signal did not really reach our room upstairs. Also be advised, no coffee on premise. - we found a nice cafe nearby though! "

"The place was too noisy for construction next door. I booked for 3 nights, left the facility after the first night for another hotel. I tryed to cancel the other two night by contacting you, It was impossible to communicate with you. I was waiting for hours outside the door with another person because the gate was locked. Bad experience. I lost two nights money."

"Where should I start? The entire experience was a disappointment. At first arrival the room smelled of mold, we were then told there was no septic system which meant all toilet paper was to be discarded into a garbage pail. The room seemed like an afterthought, half of it looked unfinished, and filthy. The fridge was a barely running bar fridge that neither created nor held ice as there was no freezer. "We only stayed at the Mansion Giahn for one night, but Joseph and his staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The place itself is very unique in the architecture and I thought it was very pretty. It is located somewhat off the beaten path, so there aren't many food options around. However, Eduardo took my husband to a local taco stand to get us dinner, which was very gracious of him. It's not the Ritz, but it's not meant to be either. Still had a good stay!"

"Liz was fantastic. She checked us in at the front desk and greeted us in a very welcoming way. Alex handled our bags and was super nice ! I was comfortbale leaving my bags without a worry. I also had an issue with my bag. And Alex did not stop until it was found. I am very Satisfied with the staff's performance.. I found this resort perfect Because not only does it have a party vibe but you can find many spots where you can just sit back and relax. Max, that works at the Italian restaurant and the Japanese restaurant was the best waiter in the whole resort to me. I witnessed him treat everyone like family and his service was up to par. Lastly, syl Sylvia, the housekeeping lady was fantastic and I had to leave her with a review. Many people are curious about cleanliness of the rooms , because of staff like her, your room Will always feel brand new, fresh, and clean. I will definitely be returning because of these 4 staff members who stood out to me the most, although everyone else was great as well. Thank you, RIU palace Peninsula for a phenomenal vacation with my family at your resort . "
