"All the mirrors in the room were smudged.The floor was dirty had looked like it hadn't been swept in forever. The hotel overall had a very beaten up.Look, and it seemed like there were people who actually lived there more than using it as a hotel. Definitely not good for families"

"The room smelled awful and the shower was cold. Pool room towels aren't allowed out of the pool area, so the elevator and hall floors werr drenched from so many people walking back to their rooms with no towel. Breakfast was pretty underwhelming. The powdered eggs were particularly bad. "

"When there are a lot of children in the property, there should be staff in the pool area. The parents alone are not watching them"
