"Mostly very clean, except sliding glass doors. Would have cleaned myself but no cleaning materials on site. Wanted to love this place. "Not sure why, the first unit I was assigned smelled really bad. Then I switched to another unit. The new unit when the AC turned on there’s a bad smell in the bedroom. The staffs were very polite and friendly. 1 parking spot for free. Had dishwasher and soap, laundry soap, paper towels tissues and whatever you need, except for spices and sauces. KTA grocery store is only 2 mins away. The resort restaurant didn’t have many options on the menu, and there was a bunch of flies flying around my food while eating. The cost is lower than other places tho."

"Ruth and Buddy were very accommodating. The house had everything we needed away from home. And Ruth was always available if we need anything. Location was great. Not too far from town but away enough to hear all the night time critters. The frogs are very loud at night, but we enjoyed them."

"I have been here once before. It’s a lovely property and the staff is great. What is unfortunate is that they changed their food/coffee. They used to have a little coffee bar where you were able to get great drinks such as matcha and they had a great restaurant. They have changed the restaurant and the food is not as great. Also very overpriced for the quality of food you’re getting. It’s better to go off property for food. They did great renovations but we had to call someone to come clean the vent in our bathroom because chunks of debris were falling from it. The manta deck is still under renovation so there was no place to view the manta rays and the light they shine in the water wasn’t operating. I’m sure that won’t be a forever thing though."

"The stay was disappointing overall. We encountered lizards and worms inside the house, and a water leak detector alarm kept going off through the night, making it difficult to sleep. The house felt messy, poorly organized, and very outdated. Much of the furniture and appliances were old and worn, and the mattresses were far below the standard expected for the price. There were also “do not touch” signs throughout the property, which made the environment feel unwelcoming.The check-in and location instructions were overly complicated yet still missed important details like the correct parking spot. The condo was difficult to find due to poor signage, and it took us about 30 minutes to locate it.Communication from the owner was frustrating. Instead of primarily using the Vrbo platform, the owner repeatedly called and texted directly. The owner also frequently sent messages saying community management required guests to follow various rules, adding unnecessary stress.The thermostat was locked at 76F, making the unit uncomfortable. Overall, there were too many restrictions and unnecessary messages, while important practical information was missing. The property and experience did not match expectations."

"The condo was clean and had many amenities to enhance our stay like beach towels and chairs, beach toys and different kitchen items we did not have to buy. Check in easy and smooth. Mike was very prompt with any questions. Would definitely stay there again."

"We had an amazing week in Kona, discovering the island and all the beautiful things that we got to experience. This condo was in a perfect location overlooking a beautiful golf course and beyond that we had an ocean of view from our bedroom every morning when we woke up. We sat on the patio with our morning coffee overseeing the golf course and the ocean. Just an amazing place very relaxing, with beautiful decoration with so much space. Kitchen was fully functional. We cooked meals had a coffee maker. Everything from the floors to the bathrooms were upgraded. We truly enjoyed our stay and will most likely book this condo again. We have recommended it to our friends and have shared our amazing experience. We are grateful to the hosts Victor and Angie for a beautiful vacation, in a beautiful area and allowing us to make a beautiful memories. "
