Would not recommend outrigger. Sheraton on Kauai was way better. Cleaner, amenities were nice. Would highly suggest the Sheraton over any outrigger. They put a bad taste in my mouth will never reserve with them again couldn’t even assist me in switching a reservation to one of their other properties. As well the property on Kauai had flood damage. My room smelled like mold and mildew. The floor was soaked. Terrible experience. "

A few low cost interventions could increase the visual appeal of the property: e.g., do not paint in white the concrete but use cladding elements with rock inclusions or micro cement in a hue of gray that blends more naturally with surrounding lava rocks. 2. Should provide instruction on how to use the WiFi at the time of check-in. 3. A morbidly obese people may have slept on the mattress, the mattress in our room did not offer any support, was distorted, and overall extremely uncomfortable. "

"It is very hard to locate the property. The management said that even Uber sometimes has trouble finding it. The pools are small but very clean. The rooms were huge. Not at all crowded. Definitely need a car. Would definitely come back."

"The kitchen was fully equipped, and the space was large and well laid out. You are near Keahou Bay and lots of action but are truly out of the fray. The air conditioner does not go below 76 degrees, leaving it quite warm at night. Overall a great value, if you don't mind being too warm"

"This place is pure magic for a family vacation. The house was exactly as it was advertised. The pictures actually don’t do it justice. We soaked up every minute. Nancy is very fast to respond and such a sweet person! Best vacation we have ever taken ! "
