"The property was gorgeous with flowers, plants, trees. Lots of birds. Our unit was clean, comfy and spacious. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies. You do pay extra for air conditioning but we knew that ahead of time. The property has 3 pools, one is right on the ocean with terrific sunsets! The property is located in a neighborhood that is quiet. There is a strip mall within walking distance with a few stores, restaurants, book store, coffee shop, movie theater. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"Very nice and clean for an older complex. The staff were always helpful. But the parking lot is so far away from some units. Occasionally the cart would stop and offer a ride. But they were not always around."

"This is probably the best condo we have ever rented in all of our years of traveling. It was exceptionally clean, kitchen well stocked, communication with owner was excellent, great details were given around the surrounding area restaurants, and things to do. Check out reminder was so appreciated. You will not be disappointed with this lovely home away from home."

"This house thought of everything, from the automatic night lights to the kitchen stocked with staples such as oil, salt, and pepper for cooking. We had lots of space, enjoyed being outside as much as we could. The pool and ocean views were amazing. Exactly like the pictures. The neighborhood was safe and very clean with beautiful homes and landscaping. The host was so responsive any time I had a question. We enjoyed the private chef and being treated like royalty! We loved our stay there and would 100% stay at this house again."

"It was incredible. What a house. There were fifteen of us: my husband and I celebrating our 50th Wedding Anniversary, with 3 children and their spouses, all in their forties, and 8 grandchildren. Oldest grandchild is 19, youngest is 4. Property was perfect for all. Loved snorkeling in the bay. Great location to enjoy so much that the island has to offer. We had one very small problem: a stuck door in one bedroom. I made a call, it was repaired the very same day. Great service. An absolutely beautiful stunning home and property."

"The property is as described - beautiful ocean view - especially from kitchen and sun room. The Koa Wood used in the house is beautiful. Kitchen was easy to use and had everything needed to cook and serve meals. Everyone enjoyed the pool. The pull out sofa did not have bedding on it. We requested sheets several times, but none arrived.My son clean all of the filters in the ac units in the house, because none of them were working properly. After cleaning the filters we had adequate air flow. (management please stay on top of maintenance). Our group of 9 had a wonderful week on the Big Island."
