"Beautiful sunsets and great condo kitchen was great could have used a couple more frying pans. But well set up. It's a time share property so had to take a tour and had to listen to sales pitch. If I could afford it I would have bought it. All in all great place to stay."

"We had an incredible stay at this property! The house was super clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. We loved having our morning coffee on the lanai overlooking the golf course and ocean.The bedrooms were spacious and private, each with its own bathroom, which was perfect for our group. The pool and hot tub were great after long days exploring the island. And the location is perfect as it is close to beaches, shops, and restaurants, but tucked away in a peaceful gated community.Definitely one of the best properties we've stayed in. Would 100% come back with our family again!"

"We arrived after midnight and did not have to check-in. Our host made sure that security knew we would be arriving late. At 1:00am it is nice not to have to wonder where the office is. The accommodation was spotless, highly maintained, and comfortable. The resort is about 30 minutes south of Kona so it feels like a home, not a tourist place. The host responds within minutes. We had a 10pm flight out so we asked if we could check-out late if there wasn't anybody else booked for that day. We were lucky. Nobody else was booked for that day. Out host allowed it. There is a small beach with good snorkeling only 6-7 minute walk away. The ocean had 3-4 foot swells and strong currents and not safe for swimming at any of the beaches, except Kahalu'u Bay Beach. It is a protected harbor, safe for snorkeling. There are several manta ray and snorkeling tours working out of that harbor which is very convenient. No car needed to get there. There is also a sandy beach about a 10 minute drive north called Magic Sands/ White Sands beach. The grounds are immaculate and gorgeous. There is a hotel a few minutes walk away where you can watch the manta rays at night from a viewing balcony. Bring binoculars and a camera with a zoom lens. There is a shopping mall about a 5 minute drive away with a grocery store, restaurants, pet grooming, and more. Our host is fantastic, the resort is amazing, and the unit was great."
