"We traveled for a Chiefs game and had a great time in the hotel bar chatting with other guests and the staff. We ate pizza which surprisingly was very good for being hotel pizza. We missed breakfast the first day due to not paying attention to the times but the second day we had breakfast and it was very good with a nice gluten-free selection. We’ll definitely stay here again."

"My room was spacious and clean looking. I was pleased overall. The TV worked fine. A desk clock worked good after I plugged it in. I was disappointed there were no USB sockets for charging devices, as these are becoming pretty common in hotel rooms. When I inquired about shower soap via text, the hotel responded promptly, and they were very gracious, asking me to let them know if there was anything else at all that I needed. They were always pleasant and polite, which is refreshing. The hotel is older, so the rooms might show that, esp the bathrooms - but this is more than made up for in the price and the graciousness of the staff. A pleasant stay in midtown KC!"
