"Recently renovated historic property in stunning Windsor Park setting. Superb staff who are extremely warm and helpful - going far beyond the hospitality of good hotels. Rooms were very comfortable although it could be a bit warm (given unusually warm weather and a lack of ac, something typical in the area). The biggest disadvantage is the steep stairs to access the rooms, although the staff readily assist guests with luggage. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the atmosphere of the outdoor patio enchanting."

"Such a helpful, friendly and conscientious receptionist(Peter) when i arrived. He also moved me from the small single room I'd booked to a larger room with a double bed and carried my bag to the lift for me. Much appreciated. My only slight negative is that the pillows were very flat and unforgiving. Softer ones would have perfect."

"The hotel was a great location central for everything the staff were lovely helpful and really friendly making us feeling welcome straight away the holtel was clean needs a little up dating but can not fault it the breakfast was great value"
