"Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The beach was really too far to walk and driving a car to the public parking was hit or miss. Most people seemed to use bikes or golf carts. The reasons for a 4 out of 5 stars is that the bath mat was still wet from the previous renters and did not appear to have been cleaned. This gave me an icky feeling. One of the lamps was broken. I enjoyed having the kitchen area. Just seems like coffee could have been provided. Bring your own hairdryer and toiletries. Toiletries are provided, but they are very basic. The area feels safe, which is great for solo travelers like myself."

"The property was nice and the pool was clean, there was some things about the room that could use some improvement. Keriug coffee makers are a travelers best friend! The standard coffee pot the host is providing, filters with coffee should be provided is a standard!! I would be happy to purchase a box of pods. Can we be real on the toilet paper? 1 roll? I was there 3 days for 2 people, I purchased more and left it I hope the next guest will use it because no one should ever have to bring more toilet paper two rolls should always be standard. Beach towels! I cannot stress this enough! They should supply beach towels, Just two extra beach towels would be ideal. Also there was not a place to hang anything, only wet towels on the bathroom door and I had a wedding dress to hang perhaps a small rack with some hangers there is not a closet, I was surprised to find a hair dryer and an iron but trade that wicker drawer out for a nice hanging rack and a new kerurig."

"We loved this home and surrounding area! It’s located in a clean neighborhood. The home is spacious and very clean, such a beautiful location and a 5 minute drive to 30A shopping and restaurants. Avantstay was helpful in making sure we had what we needed. The only complaints I have 1. we were provided an incorrect address on a totally different property through VRBO(I still can’t figure out how this happened), which made the check in process confusing and difficult. But we were helped quickly with a simple phone call to AvantStay and given the correct address. 2. On our second day, a person came to the home requesting to see my ID claiming he was an AvantStay employee. I respect this, however said employee never showed his identification and made the interaction very uncomfortable, coming from 2 females alone in the home. I feel AvantStay should at least warn the renter that this will be happening during the stay to make it more comfortable for guests, especially for females and safety. Overall the stay was amazing! Thank you again!! "

"The home was not as expected. Very old, smelled of mildew, stains on furniture and pillows, rotten wood on deck. Manager did offer an alternative place or refund."
